Introducing the 5th Anniversary Edition of The Handbook of Gemmology
We are thrilled to announce that, in addition to the new 4th Edition digital download, a stunning two-volume 5th Anniversary printed edition was released on May 15, 2018.
For years, the most asked question has been: “When will we offer a printed version?”
This edition was created because too many essential gemmological textbooks were becoming outdated or going out of print. In a fast-evolving industry, outdated references are unacceptable.
Going digital allowed us to continually update and expand content while staying the most up-to-date gemmological reference on the market. But we also knew many readers wanted a printed edition. That’s why we now release Anniversary printed editions every five years — giving customers the best of both worlds.
What’s New in the 5th Anniversary Edition?
This edition has grown substantially since the 1st edition, now totaling 1,342 pages — 688 more pages than the original. The size required the printed version to be released in two volumes.
